Intense garnet red in color, with a rich and broad olfactory bouquet with notes of ripe plums and berries and jam, followed by tertiary notes reminiscent of wet earth, eucalyptus, tobacco and leather. On the palate, sweet, persistent tannin is perceived together with balsamic and toasted notes in the finish. Ideal with red meat and game or with an excellent steak with truffle. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
