Where is our facility located?
We are located on the Elmas industrial estate, in Via Nervi no. 2.
Where do you ship to? Do you do direct deliveries?
Yes, we do. We deliver throughout Italy with our own vehicles or by courier, with refrigeration, of course.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost via refrigerated courier is:
15€: For orders under €129
Shipping is always free for orders over €129.
50€: For orders under €300
30€: For orders between €300 and €1000
Shipping is always free for orders over €1000.
How is the meat transported?
Both the shipments we entrust to couriers and the deliveries we make directly are made using transport vehicles refrigerated between 0-4 degrees, to ensure our products are safely preserved.
How does shipping work?
We ship on different days depending on the area.
We ship to Cagliari and the inland area every day from Tuesday to Friday.
All the other days vary according to the couriers’ schedule, but orders are always shipped within 72/96 hours of order confirmation

How long does delivery take?
You will receive your delivery within 48-96 hours after you’ve received your order confirmation email. For more detailed information on delivery times in your area, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I track my order?
Of course! You will receive all the details in the email order confirmation.
How can I place an order?
Select the weight and any other characteristics from the “PRODUCTS” category and add the product to the cart. Repeat the step for all the products you wish to purchase. When you’ve finished, go your “Cart” (at the top right), check your order, enter any notes and confirm your order by clicking on “PROCEED”. You now select your SHIPPING ADDRESS and enter your personal data. Click on “CONTINUE”. You can choose to collect from the warehouse or receive a delivery in the “Shipping methods” screen. Then, select your payment method and click SUBMIT ORDER. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Have you got any questions? Write to email@example.com
Can I change my order?
If you have already closed an order, but want to make changes, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find a solution.
Can I cancel an order?
You have 24 hours from when you confirm your order to cancel it. Contact us by writing to email@example.com.
Where do I enter the Discount Code?
If you have a discount code issued by Poddesu Carni, you can enter it at the time of payment in the “Discount Code” section. The discount will be automatically calculated by clicking “add”.
Can I monitor my order status?
You can check if your order has been confirmed, is being prepared or has been shipped in your account in the “Your orders” section. You can also contact our customer service for information on your order by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How is the meat packaged?
We vacuum pack all our products in convenient pouches that you can store in the refrigerator according to expiration dates or put in the freezer.
How long does the meat last in the fridge or freezer at home?
We recommend storing the meat in the fridge and consuming it by the best before date. You can freeze it directly in your freezer in our vacuum packs. The smallest cuts (mince, thin slices) can be stored in the freezer for 1-3 months, the thick slices (for roasting, boiling, etc.) can be stored in the freezer for 6 months.

What payment methods are accepted?
The following payment methods are accepted:

Payments on delivery are not accepted.
Where do I enter the discount code?
The discount codes are issued exclusively by Poddesu Carni and can be used during the payment stage by entering the code in the relevant box and then, clicking on “ADD”.
Can I pay on delivery?
We’re sorry, but payment on delivery is not accepted.
