Recònta is the very best of Alghero Cagnulari. Every bottle is the result of a meticulous selection of bunches of Cagnulari and contains the very best of these grapes, refined in French oak barriques. Cagnulari vines grow on white soil that is lacking in water but is rich in calcium and essential minerals for sustaining the plant. And it is thanks to these climate and soils conditions that Cagnulari embodies the aromas and herb-filled scents typical of the Mediterranean area, developing its sensory characteristics to the fullest. A full-bodied, balanced, spicy wine with a full taste and silky, long tannins: ideal for connoisseurs and anyone who is keen to try a new top-quality wine. It goes well with medium-aged cheeses, risotto, boiled meat, and all types of roast meat. Ruby red with purplish hues, the bouquet and flavor are of black fruit with hints of the Mediterranean maquis. Balanced, balsamic and high in tannin. Serving temperature: 18° C - 20° C

Cantina Santa Maria La Palma, Alghero The Cantina Santa Maria La Palma is a large winery in Alghero, in north-west Sardinia, the region known as the “wine island”. The company was founded in 1959 and now manages 700 hectares of vineyards, with a production facility of more than 50,000 square meters which produces about 5 million bottles each year, distributed throughout Italy and around the world. The land is cultivated by 300 winegrowers working together.
