INFORMATION
Buio Buio is a Carignano del Sulcis DOC red wine made from Carignano del Sulcis grapes. A pale ruby red wine with cherry reflections. Clear and consistent. Aroma of good intensity, medium fullness; the composition simultaneously conveys fresh, balsamic notes of fresh red fruit and flowers, along with more complex flavors of spices and new wood. On the palate, it is rich, full and satisfying. Balance can be perceived from the first sip with evidence of a silky texture accompanied by very light acid notes and tannins of rare softness. Long and full of new nuances on the palate. It goes well with second courses of game such as rabbit, sweet and sour wild boar and strong, ripe cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
