Information about the cut

The Tomahawk steak, also known as the giant steak, is a cut from the front part of the beef loin. The main characteristic of the Tomahawk steal is its juicy and intense flavor blended with a persistent aroma, highly prized by meat lovers. The giant steak, shaped like a tomahawk (hence its name) has the meat attached to a large bone that releases a unique, intense flavor and makes quite a dramatic impact when brought to the table.

Information about the meat

Our Friesian beef originates along the coast of the Baltic Sea. Only a few cattle are reared at a time in wide open spaces. The cold climate and good feed allow the animals to develop a high percentage of fat. This ideal micro-climate makes the meat unique and suitable for anyone who is looking for a strong, wild taste

Tips for preserving meat

We recommend taking the meat out of the fridge at least 5-10 minutes before cooking to avoid thermal shock that could make the fibers tough
