For our online store EliteMeat.it, we aimed to create a pleasant, comfortable and safe environment, where your shopping experience is as satisfying as possible and you can find all our products; therefore, we designed the simplest possible purchasing process.
Follow these steps to buy and enjoy our products as quickly as you would in a physical store but without leaving where you are now:
We remind you that in the EliteMeat.it online store you can make purchases with maximum peace of mind and maximum security. When you make the payment, all information and personal data sent from your computer or mobile device are transmitted in encrypted form to our server using a standard 2048-bit encryption method known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
In our online shop you can pay by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Payment by credit/debit card is made via a secure and encrypted connection; therefore, the bank details are only processed by the bank, without us storing or processing them. These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “General Conditions”) regulate the remote purchase of fresh food products offered by EliteMeat.it through the official website. These conditions apply to contracts concluded between the Company Poddesu Carni Srl, with registered office in Via Carloforte 60, 09123 Cagliari (P.IVA 03632630921), and the user (hereinafter “Customer”) who purchases the products through the website www.elitemeat.it (hereinafter “Site”).
By placing an order, the Customer accepts and undertakes to fully comply with these General Conditions. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the conclusion of the order and are available at any time for consultation on the Site.
EliteMeat.it reserves the right to update or modify the General Conditions at any time, making them immediately applicable to orders placed after the publication of the changes on the Site.
To make purchases on EliteMeat.it, the Customer must register on the Site, providing truthful and complete data requested in the registration form. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Registration allows the Customer to access a personal area to manage orders, payments and shipments.
The characteristics and price of the products sold are shown in the description sheet of each product. The Customer can select the desired products, add them to the cart and proceed with the order following the guided procedure.
Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer fully accepts the General Conditions, the payment terms and the return policy. The order will be considered concluded and binding only after explicit acceptance by EliteMeat.it, by sending a confirmation email.
All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and added to the total order before the conclusion of the same.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems (SSL). EliteMeat.it does not directly manage payment data, which are processed by the respective payment service providers.
Products purchased on EliteMeat.it can be shipped throughout Italy via refrigerated express couriers to ensure maximum freshness of the goods. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the products purchased.
The Customer is required to provide an accurate delivery address. In the event of failure to collect the products at the delivery point, EliteMeat.it will not be responsible for any alterations or deterioration of the products due to delays not attributable to the Company.
EliteMeat.it is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by offering high quality products and excellent services. However, due to the nature of the fresh food products offered, it is necessary to respect some specific limitations regarding the right of withdrawal and the conditions of return.
In accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:

Notwithstanding the exclusions mentioned above, if the delivered product is damaged or not compliant with what was ordered (for example, damaged packaging or a different product from the one purchased), EliteMeat.it offers the following options:
In accordance with art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without the need to provide explanations, only in the case of products that are not perishable or personalized. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate his intention by sending an explicit declaration via email to info@elitemeat.it .
If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, EliteMeat.it will refund the entire amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer for the purchase. However, the refund may be suspended until the returned products are received or until the customer demonstrates that they have been sent back.
The customer is required to return the products within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal, personally covering the shipping costs. The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, intact and undamaged. Any manipulation of the products that compromises their nature or value will result in a proportional reduction of the refund.
EliteMeat.it is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure or circumstances not attributable to the Company. Furthermore, it will not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of the purchased products.
For any complaints, the customer can contact customer service via email or use the contact form available on the site. EliteMeat.it undertakes to respond within 7 working days of receiving the complaint. The meat, before being packaged, is fresh, so never frozen or vacuum-packed. Obviously it arrives fresh to your home and you can decide to freeze it (in the same package in which you received it) to extend its shelf life.

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the court of the municipality of residence of the Customer will be competent, if located in Italian territory. In all other cases, the Court of Cagliari will have exclusive jurisdiction.
EliteMeat.it undertakes to ensure compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The data provided by the Customer will be used exclusively for order management and will not be shared with third parties.
